Before You Start Building a Blog

Before You Start Building a Blog

There are so many things you should know before you start building a blog. I can't tell you everything in one post, so I'm going to focus on one of the most important things today.

I'm not going to talk about the technical issues of creating a blog. It should be easy if you use the right Tools. I'd rather tell you about starting it with the right mindset so you can reach the right people. I'm talking about your targeted visitors.

People who want to start their Blogs, often start researching similar blogs in their niche. They try to do what is working for others. That's right and wrong. Let me explain shortly.

Don't become a copy cat when you start building a blog!

I personally think that's a bad idea because if you do so, your blog will become something everybody have seen in the past. If you want to get the attraction, you need to be as unique as possible.

How would it feel if you'd have to read the same content and the same messages
over and over again?

I'm not sure about you, but I would immediately opt-out and leave that author. These days there are many quality Blogs out there, and your should be one of the best.

What I want for you is to STAND OUT and GET ATTENTION you deserve.

Get clear about the most important person when you start building a blog

I notice that even well-known marketers don't tell you something I discovered as crucial for my success.

Your visitors, prospects, and customers are super important for your wellbeing and your business success. Without them, you can't succeed, and you'd starve to death.

My honest opinion is there's an even more important person in your business than your visitors. The most important person is YOU.

Before building your Blog, you need to get clear about You. I strongly advise you to get back to my Business and Marketing Strategy Template if you didn't do your homework yet.

You can download the strategy template here. It's my gift to you.

Make sure you get clear about your needs and wishes first. After you know yourself, you can develop a super simple strategy that will help you make your dreams come true.

Get clear about all the steps you need to take before you write even the first sentence for your website or blog.

Answer to one of the most important questions

What would you like to hear about yourself?

Answer it now.

While you're building your strategy, you need to know precisely what suits you. Because building a business is not easy. It could be simple but not always easy. It's not a sprint. It's a marathon.

There will be times when you'll get tired of it even if you love it as much as I do. When tough times are coming, you'll be sick of everything.

Even then, you need to keep going and take consistent action as long as you're running your project. If you take into consideration that part from the beginning, you can avoid at least 50% of disappointments.

And guess what?

You'll be more confident, more satisfied and more successful than 95% of people who work online. It's your job and privilege to start building a blog with a right mindset.

Your today's mission is to look into yourself again. Ask yourself what do you want to hear people talking about you.

If you're not that kind of person yet, make sure to find a way to become as soon as possible. Then start building a blog and become super successful.
